thefitty asked: Are you a chef?

Nope. Just a well educated home cook and food writer

voodeedoo asked: I only have a pot tall enough for the half pint jars, in the uk it seems rather hard to get tall pots and pans. I was wondering if I could half your recipes and do them in small jars rather than the pint jars.

You can always reduce the jar size!
